April 10,2010 well the rains came along with Lightening this morning and the boats returned the parker brought in a cooler full of fish from the jetty area spanish mackeral are comming in along with sheephead, redfish and bullreds, The scarab had the exact same thing on the parker they actually filled the cooler 65 qt. Spanish mackeral are not kingfish although they look the same limits are high on these they are not a greasy fish like the kingfish are very good eating on the parker they landed a 40lb jack crevalle but, lost it at the boat good for shark bait. April 11,2010 wow what a weekend we were just blessed with Beautiful weather today in the upper 70's the bonnet head sharks are in gafttop ,sheephead, some whiting, spanish mackeral, redfish just a smorgusboard of species of saltwater fish everywhere. The parker had a wonderful morning trip brinigng in a cooler of fish. I myself and Bill went out with another captain on his Dargle Boat now this is a cool boat to add to my report today. Takes the shallows in 6" of water on plane so now i have two bay type boats to use along with the premire 32' scarab center console with bathroom which will do my offshore, deep and jetty trips. Grab a day while I still have some going to be a great summer season for fishing this year ! April 12,2010 Galveston Captain Chad had a morning trip today caught a great catch filled the cooler the past few trips out on both boats. Sand trout is everywhere right now. His biggest today went 4 lbs ! that is big for a sand trout. Come on down and fill the cooler ! April 12,2010 Freeport Had captain marc on a afternoon trip and even a slight bit choppy these guys wanted to fish so he decided to do a redfish shark / shark trip in statewaters. Captain Marc limited out with 5 tagged bulleds, 1 blacktip they released around 5' not yet a keeper. Caught and released about 3 nice blackdrum too.
